DESCRIPTION

The Centre for Psychiatry has moved into the 50.000 m2 buildings at Aarhus University Hospital. It is a part of The New University Hospital project, which is the largest and most modern hospital in Northern Europe.

Labflex A/S is proud of being the supplier of custom-designed solutions and built-in furniture for psychiatric patients. Labflex has been a part of this project, utilizing our 55 years of experience, by designing, producing and installing customized solutions for the psychiatric centre. The project shows Labflex’s ability to work closely with users and develop bespoke solutions to existing buildings.

The purpose of this project is to establish more efficient and smart treatment by unifying different departments in one place. It is ideal for patients to get treatment for both body and mind at the same place. The new facilities will be a key factor achieving their goals.

Labflex A/S has been collaborating with the users of the facility, The New University Hospital, Bygningsstyrelsen / The Danish Building and Property Agency, The architectural firm Arkitema Architects and the main suppliers.
