Exciting new project at DTU Wind Energy

Exciting new project for DTU Wind Energy will support Denmark’s strong and leading position within Green Energy.

The objective for the new laboratories, is to pave the way for new research opportunities within Wind Energy for the globally leading institute.

The project totals more than 7.000 m2 including 3 new buildings and 3 existing buildings which are being refurbished.

Labflex is the proud supplier of the laboratory solutions including designing, producing and installing the furniture.

The solutions for this project are built upon Labflex’ laboratory System 10 and System 14. The systems have been customized with all-welded table frames and customized installation bridges. The furniture will also include several ventilated units including fume cupboards, walk-in fume cupboards, fume hoods and chemical cabinets.

The project is being executed and developed in close collaboration with the laboratory users, Langvad Architects, the contractor BAM and the Danish Building and Property Agency.
